Four c’S Hummus & ez Black Bean Salad

Four C’s Hummus – Cilantro, Cumin , Chipotle, and Creamy
1 Can Garbanzo
2 T Tahini
1 ½ Lemons
1 Clove garlic
¼ cup Cilantro
1 T cumin
Salt, Paprika, Red pepper, Chipotle pepper powder if you have it (most to least)
Olive Oil and Water
OCD step 1: Peel skins off beans. It’s therapeutic, but not necessary.
Scrape and Blend tahini and lemon juice until frothy in food processor. I add some water and olive oil to make it smooth.
Add garlic, cilantro and spices. Blend.
Add all beans. Blend. Add water/oil until creamy. Blending takes some time.
About 3 T olive oil and ¼ cup water??

Scallions
Basil
Lime, juiced and zest
Apple cider vinegar
Clove garlic, grated
Salt and pepper
