Frozen Blueberries, Almonds, Ground Flax Seed, Vitamineral Greens, Agave, Little bit of ice and water plus...one or some of the following: frozen berries, mango, papaya, pineapple, peaches, cinnamon. NO bananas. Taking a break. Read some interesting things about the clogging properties of bananas.
I love this breakfast. It’s surprisingly satisfying.
Also, frozen berries are packed with antioxidants. The freezing process does not interfere with the nutritional value. In fact, some speculate that frozen berries are more potent because they are frozen at their prime rather than most store berries which have been sitting around for too long.
Some foods are sprayed with chemicals more heavily than others (e.g., strawberries, raisins, etc). Blueberries are NOT one of those! So, if you don’t want to spend too much on organic, regular blueberries are just fine.
